This seems to be a -very- surviving image. I see it called 'collar.jpg' for the most part. This is the highest quality I've seen of it, though the pixels make me think there's a 1bit version.

According to Mark's Blusky account, this is Novae, the first Skiltaire in the TTRPG game Other Suns (!).
