In 1982 I worked for the Subaru Tech Center (Subaru cars were imported by a US company back then).
I was hired to fix the OEM radios so they would work in the US.
This is Kawauso, Andre's brown/orange skiltaire and Midori (green) in a 1982 Subaru wagon.
